有声电影诞生后,卓别林对声音进入电影既没有盲目迎合,也没有一概排斥,他在电影中渐次引入各种声音元素,谨慎探索适合自己风格的声音表现方式,为发展有声电影语言作出了贡献,同时也体现了一定的保守性。
