Abstract：
运用教学优化理念,对普通高校田径课的教学现状进行分析,提出了改革现有田径课教学模式、构建田径健身教学体系、丰富教学形式、完善教学考核评价制度等对策,以期尽快摆脱田径教学在高校体育教育中的困境,使之在素质教育中发挥更大的作用。
