Abstract：
本文设计了基于ARM芯片LPC2214与网络芯片RTL8019AS的SMI网络转换器,并嵌入实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ,在不改变原有光纤收发器结构的基础上,为其添加网络接口,从而实现了以太网远程监控功能。
