Abstract:

光合细菌能迅速降低水中COD、氨氮和硫化氢的含量,增加溶氧量,已较广泛应用于净化污水和水产养殖等领域.选育耐高温的光合细菌对其粉状制剂的研制及实践应用具有重要意义.在实验室选育有嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌和耐盐光合细菌基础上,以2种菌为亲本菌株,采用原生质体融合技术选育耐高温光合细菌.本研究主要探讨嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌和耐盐光合细菌原生质体制备与再生的条件.
