Abstract:

采用植物纤维与EVA共混改性。探讨了植物纤维含水率对复合鞋材造粒过程的影响;研究了表面处理剂和化学接枝单体及用量对复合鞋材拉伸强度和撕裂强度的影响;研制出适用于植物纤维/EVA复合鞋材的复合发泡剂,并探讨了其用量对复合鞋材拉伸强度和撕裂强度的影响。最终确定了最佳的配方组成和工艺参数,制备出了综合性能良好的复合鞋材。
