Abstract:

研究了阿昔洛韦在多壁碳纳米管-Nafion修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为,发现阿昔洛韦在多壁碳纳米管-Nafion修饰玻碳电极上有一灵敏氧化峰,故可用该电极测定阿昔洛韦的含量,并对阿昔洛韦在该修饰电极上的电化学行为进行了初步探讨.此法测定阿昔洛韦的线性范围为3.4×10^-7-5.0×10^-5mol/L,其检出限为1.45×10^-7mol/L.样品测定平均加标回收率为98.68%,RSD为2.36%.该法灵敏度高,简便快捷,成本低廉,可用于各种剂型中阿昔洛韦含量的测定.
