Abstract:

研究从含Mo和Co的废催化剂中回收Mo以及从提Mo后的Co渣中提取Co的工艺方法.探索焙烧、除杂、沉Mo和沉Co等工序的技术条件,分析影响Mo和Co浸出率的各个因素,确定合理的回收工艺及工艺条件.结果表明,废催化剂粒度0.154 mm,焙烧温度750℃,焙烧时间2 h,液固比3:1,浸取时间4 h,浸取温度90℃为碱浸取回收Mo较佳条件,浸取率达95%以上;二步酸解法能有效浸出Co,浸取率达85%以上.
