Abstract:

以Li3xLa0.67-x TiO3为母体,通过掺杂经高温固相反应制得了一系列新的锂快离子导体材料Li3xLa0.67-xAlyTi1-2yNbyO3.X-射线衍射分析表明该系统(以下分别简称为Al-Nb)在x=0.10,y<0.050时,合成物为单一的钙钛矿固溶体,而当x=0.10,y≥0.050时,系统合成物还存在Al203杂相;应用交流阻抗技术测试其电导率,结果表明:该体系合成物在室温下有较高的电导率,可达2.52×10-4S/cm,在523 K时最高电导率可达4.76×10-3S/cm.活化能在20~25 kJ/mol之间,稳定性提高.
