Abstract：
5α-还原酶在良性前列腺增生(Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia,BPH)的发生与发展中扮演重要角色,并成为良性前列腺增生治疗药物的关键作用靶点,寻找其抑制剂也成为良性前列腺增生治疗药物研究开发的热点.本文概述了国内外对5α-还原酶抑制剂的研究概况,为良性前列腺增生症的药物治疗与新药研发提供参考.
