经济法与行政法的关系是极为密切的。因为它们所调整的关系主体都是政府及其所属部门,关系内容都包含有管理性。在20世纪80年代,曾出现了经济行政法说,把经济法归属于行政法。后来,随着经济法研究的深入,许多学者都清楚地认识到,两者是可以划分清楚的。
