针对目前变电站电压/无功综合控制存在的不足,将基于神经网络的模糊控制应用于传统的系统分区,充分利用模糊控制与神经网络的各自优势,进行基于模糊无功边界的综合控制,有效减少了有载分接头调节次数,提高了系统的调节性能和电压质量.
