本实用新型公开了一种获得宽直径液态金属无 容器接触深过冷快速凝固装置，它是在直立玻璃凝固器中盛有 室温硅油，玻璃熔炼室的直径中心对准直立玻璃凝固器的中 心，玻璃熔炼室的喷口内安装有旋转式阀门，溢出口与硅油接 受器相连接，红外测温仪通过直杆固定在固定底座上。本实用 新型具有结构简单，使用方便，无需任何抽真空系统或惰性气 体保护，可获得宽尺寸范围并且无氧化的快速凝固合金粒子的 特点。
