Abstract:

本发明涉及一种EVA/PE/淀粉复合发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于:以EVA、PE为主 要原料,以淀粉及无机粉料为辅料,并配以甘油、交联剂、发泡剂AC和表面改性剂;其制备 过程为:将淀粉与甘油置入高速搅拌机进行捏合,使淀粉糊化,然后与EVA、PE表面改性剂 及其它原料一起加入到开炼机中进行混炼,混炼过程中表面改性剂与EVA、PE发生化学接枝 反应,改善淀粉与EVA、PE两相界面间的粘合性能,待混炼塑化完全后出片、裁剪、称量, 放入平板硫化机中进行硫化发泡,制备出EVA/PE/淀粉复合发泡材料。应用该方法制备出的 发泡材料不仅具有密度低、弹性好、耐挠曲、不易压缩变形而且生产成本低。
