本实用新型提供一种开管式微流控芯片，包括微流控芯片，其特征在于：所述微流控芯片为单个基片，无盖片，所述基片上有微米级的作为进样和分离通道的沟状管道。该微流控芯片为单个基片，无盖片，制备工艺简单，无需键合，节省制作时间和制作材料，制备的微流控芯片清洗方便，不易堵塞，测定使用方便，测定效果好。
