Abstract:

本发明公开了一种PCR-DGGE\TGGE\SSCP引物的筛选方法,从所研究的微生物生态体系的菌群序列特性出发进行PCR-DGGE\TGGE\SSCP引物筛选,筛选指标包括引物对的匹配情况及其扩增片段的区分度、平均差异度、平均长度和平均GC含量,最适的引物对是通过综合比较各引物对之间指标的优劣来确定的。本发明选取的引物具有很强的针对性同时无需进行繁琐的多引物筛选或联用的实验操作工作,有助于采用PCR-DGGE\TGGE\SSCP技术对所研究微生态体系的菌群多样性进行快速而准确的解析。
