Abstract:

本发明公开了一种自发荧光骨修复磁性缓释微球及其制备方法,采用溶剂热法合成纳米Fe3O4, 将纳米Fe3O4均匀分散于海藻酸钠溶液中,同时复合对成骨细胞具有促进增殖和分化作用的传统中药-淫羊藿苷;将混合物通过微囊成型装置,滴入凝胶浴中形成初级微球;再将初级微球浸没于壳聚糖溶液中,利用壳聚糖和海藻酸钠的电荷互补特性形成聚电解质半透膜,并将复合微球与京尼平交联,制备自发荧光骨修复磁性缓释微球。本发明充分考虑了作为植入性骨修复材料对细胞毒性的要求,选用具有优良生物相容性和降解性的壳聚糖和海藻酸钠为原料,并可根据骨病损处的需要通过调节电压大小来制备不同粒径的微球。
