Abstract:

本实用新型提供一种新型拉丝机前后道次恒张力控制装置,包括机架和设置于机架上两个同向旋转的用于拉拔金属丝的前道次卷筒与后道次卷筒,前道次卷筒与后道次卷筒之间设有用于感应卷筒转速变化的感应装置,感应装置包括一拐状摆杆,摆杆中部与机架相铰接,摆杆的上端设有预拉紧装置,摆杆中部设有倾角传感装置,摆杆的下端连接有传输滚轮。本实用新型大大简化了现有张力控制装置的机构,提高摆杆摆动量的测量精度,即提高了张力变化测量精度,并且降低了生产、安装、维护成本。此外,本实用新型运用了倾角传感器,该传感器信号直接反馈到自带PID的变频器,节省了PLC模拟量模块,占用的PLC点数大大减少。
