Abstract:

本发明公开了一种石墨相氮化碳(g-C3N4)纳米片/硫化镉(CdS)复合可见光催化剂及其制备方法和应用,属于材料制备及光催化的技术领域。该催化剂是以二维超薄g-C3N4纳米片为基体,以二水合乙酸镉和硫代乙酰胺为原料,通过乙醇作为溶剂的溶剂热方法直接获得。本发明制备出的二维超薄g-C3N4纳米片/CdS与一般的块体g-C3N4/CdS相比,二维超薄g-C3N4纳米片/CdS复合光催化剂两物质间具有更紧密的接触,且比表面积更大,从而光生电子-空穴能更好地分离,光催化效率更高。该复合光催化剂在太阳光照射下,对甲基橙这类水中有机污染物具有良好的催化降解效果。本发明的制备方法操作简单,原材料易得,可见光催化效率高,在光催化领域具有广阔的应用前景。
