Abstract：
本发明公开了一种磷酸钾镁水泥隧道防火涂料及其使用方法，其由粘结材料、无机隔热材料和助剂作为干料，将干料与水混合制成稠浆状的隧道防火涂料后，再经基层清理、喷水湿润、防火涂料施工、养护，在隧道内侧墙体上形成防火层。本发明采用磷酸钾镁水泥代替传统的硅酸盐水泥和高铝水泥，制备的隧道防火涂料防火性能好，在生产过程中无有毒和刺激性气体产生，环保性好，而且干燥时间短，能大幅度提高施工效率。
