Abstract：
本发明提供了一种基于电泳沉积成型制备氧化铝蜂窝陶瓷坯体的方法，按重量份数计：氧化铝粉体100份、溶剂40-95份、表面活性剂0.5-5份、粘结剂0.5-2份、塑化剂0.5-2份，混合均匀，球磨12-24小时，然后进行电泳沉积，制得氧化铝蜂窝陶瓷坯体，平均孔径为0.5-2mm。本发明制备过程无需任何模板模具，减少成型成本，工艺简单。
