Abstract:

本发明公开了一种硒化钴纳米材料及其应用,是将含硒化合物和钴盐加入到溶剂中,室温剧烈搅拌至混合均匀,然后将混合液倒入反应釜,于180℃下加热反应10~20小时,得到的沉淀离心、洗涤后加入到含稳定剂的水溶液中,经过超声、搅拌得到稳定剂修饰的水溶性硒化钴纳米材料。本发明硒化钴纳米材料的制备方法操作简便、能耗低且易于规模化生产;所制备的纳米颗粒粒度均匀、分散性好,可作为光声成像和核磁共振成像的造影剂,在肿瘤成像领域具有重要的应用前景。
