Abstract:

本发明涉及一种锥光纤微球型固体激光制冷器的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)制备锥光纤;(2)制备微球;(3)选取泵浦光;(4)组装锥光纤、微球、激光器。本发明还涉及一种锥光纤微球型固体激光制冷器的制冷方法。本发明泵浦激光在微球内表面行进光程长,对稀土离子高效激发,且稀土离子产生的反斯托荧光在微球表面向各个方向短距离辐射出,不被重吸收,制冷效率高;另外本锥光纤微球型固体激光制冷器体积小,重量轻,易于集成。
