Abstract:

本发明公开了一种具有肿瘤靶向的PAMAM‑FA/黄芩苷纳米药物及其制备方法。其具体制备方法为:先将PAMAM与缩水甘油反应,将PAMAM表面的氨基置换成羟基,再将FA与PAMAM表面的羟基反应,合成PAMAM‑FA运载体,包载药物黄芩苷,合成了纳米级药物制剂(PAMAM‑FA/黄芩苷)。本发明的纳米药物克服了黄芩苷水溶性差的缺陷,同时利用纳米载体表面的FA与肿瘤细胞表面FA受体的主动靶向作用选择性地浓集于肿瘤细胞,从而有效地提高了药物的生物利用度,提升其临床应用价值。
