Abstract:

本发明公开一种四磺基酞菁锌/氧化锌复合膜纳米材料的原位自组装制备方法。其步骤为:1)在ITO导电玻璃上合成哑铃状ZnO纳米膜材料;2)磺基邻苯二腈溶于DMF溶剂中;3)将附着在ITO导电玻璃上的哑铃状ZnO纳米膜材料浸渍在磺基邻苯二腈溶液中;4)将浸渍后的ITO导电玻璃置于管式炉中,煅烧后制成所述纳米材料。在制备过程中,四磺基酞菁锌(ZnTSPc)在ZnO表面上原位自组装形成,所获得有机物与无机物复合材料的界面清洁、化学键合、稳定性好,不仅拓宽复合材料的可见光吸收频谱,同时可提高光生电荷的分离效率,大幅提高光催化降解效率,呈现出亲水性,以及对亲水性有机染料,具有选择性光催化降解特性。
