Abstract:

本发明公开了一种适用于水汽共存一氧化碳氧化的钯催化剂的制备方法,属于钯催化剂制备技术领域。采用共沉淀‑沉积沉淀‑液相还原三步法制备催化剂,首先通过共沉淀法合成镍铝类水滑石载体,然后用沉积沉淀法将钯前驱体以沉淀物形式沉积到镍铝类水滑石载体表面,最后加入硼氢化钾溶液进行液相还原生成均匀分散钯纳米粒子,经过滤、洗涤、干燥后获得镍铝类水滑石负载纳米钯催化剂。本发明的制备方法简单,制备条件温和,钯负载率高,可实现钯的定量负载,获得的钯纳米粒子呈均匀分散状态,平均粒径为1.4 nm,钯纳米粒子与表面羟基之间的协同作用提高了水汽共存一氧化碳氧化的催化性能。
