Abstract：
本发明提供了一种新的合成美她司酮的简便方法，其以米非司酮为起始原料，酞菁亚铁为催化剂，醋酸和过氧叔丁醇作为反应试剂，在常温条件下经两步反应制得美她司酮。该制备方法操作简单，避免使用大量试剂碘，降低了生产成本。
