Abstract:

本发明公开了一种具有可控的光动力治疗效果的PAMAM‑CD/血卟啉/吲哚菁绿纳米药物及其制备方法。该纳米药物是通过物理结合将血卟啉(HP)和吲哚菁绿(ICG)包载于经过环糊精修饰的树状大分子聚酰胺‑胺(PAMAM‑CD)中,ICG作为HP的开关,HP的荧光被ICG淬灭,同时光动力治疗被关上。当纳米药物暴露于808 nm激光下时,ICG被分解,HP的荧光恢复,光动力治疗被开启,同时伴随有ICG的光热治疗。本发明既解决了血卟啉的暗毒性问题,又利用ICG的开关作用实现可控光动力治疗和光热治疗的结合。
