Abstract:

本发明公开了一种用于低温水煤气变换反应的铈基催化剂及其制备方法。将铈基前驱体与Cu(NO3)2•3H2O以及沉淀剂尿素共同于水热反应,再升温焙烧,还原,然后经过20vol%CO2+2vol%H2+78vol%He气氛中处理;最后经10vol%O2+90vol%Ar处理得到催化剂。本发明制备方法大大提高Cu/CeO2催化剂在水煤气变换反应中的催化活性和稳定性。催化剂的活性在350℃的活性经过甲酸处理后,水煤气变换活性从47%增加到86%,且在400℃运行15‑40小时,催化活性无明显降低,同时Cu和Ce纳米颗粒的大小在反应前后保持,具有明显的工业应用价值。
