Abstract:

本发明属于固相微萃取技术领域,具体涉及一种利用MOFs为前驱体合成的N掺杂的碳纳米管涂层制备的固相微萃取装置与应用。本发明先制备具有ZIF‑67框架的N掺杂碳纳米管,然后将其涂裹在预处理后的不锈钢丝上,将该不锈钢丝作为固相微萃取不锈钢纤维,进一步构建萃取装置。本发明保留了MOFs材料的框架,同时掺杂大量的N原子,能够实现高效痕量萃取水体中的多氯联苯;该装置体积小、结构简单、操作方便、成本低廉、方法重现性好,预处理完后的样品分析方便,在分析领域具有广阔的应用前景。
