本发明属于质子交换膜燃料电池领域,具体涉及一种质子交换膜燃料电池用多孔无碳催化剂及其制备方法。催化剂包含多孔氧化铈载体与金属颗粒。其中多孔氧化铈载体由氧化铈纳米颗粒与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮组成。金属颗粒尺寸为0.3‑200 nm,金属颗粒载量为催化剂总质量的0.1‑99.9%。
