Abstract:

本发明公开了一种具有丰富Lewis酸性位的Fe‑MOF催化剂的制备及其脱硫应用。该方法以铁盐和均苯三甲酸为原料,在高压反应釜中进行水热合成,经过热水和无水乙醇多次洗涤、真空干燥后制得产物Fe‑MOF催化剂(即MIL‑100(Fe))。本发明所制备的MIL‑100(Fe)催化剂具有大的比表面积和丰富的Lewis酸性位,有利于提高反应过程中催化剂与反应物H2S的作用,因而有效的促进了反应的进行,使催化剂在较低的温度下表现出优异的催化性能和较好的稳定性,在相同测试条件下,其性能远优于商业的Fe2O3和活性碳。
