Abstract:

本发明涉及一种纵向调制光学电压互感器的温度自补偿方法。在高压电极和地电极间依次设置第一附加绝缘介质、第一反射直角棱镜、锗酸铋晶体、第二反射直角棱镜、第二附加绝缘介质。激光从第一反射直角棱镜射入,经过晶体后由第二反射直角棱镜导出,通光方向和电场方向一致;附加的绝缘介质不具有电光效应,调整锗酸铋晶体和绝缘介质沿通光方向的长度比例关系,能使两者的介电常数温度系数与晶体的电光效应温度系数相抵消,从而消除温漂的影响。
