Abstract:

本发明涉及一种无轴承磁通切换电机低速及零转速转子径向位移观测方法,在空间对称绕组中注入反相位高频电流;利用检测的无轴承磁通切换电机(BFSM)相绕组电压,计算出相绕组的端电压高频分量;计算机械空间对称180度的两绕组端电压高频分量之和;把自然坐标系中的空间对称各对绕组端电压高频分量之和幅值变换至直角αβ坐标;根据αβ坐标系电压与转子径向位移Δx、Δy之间关系,观测出转子径向位移Δx、Δy。把观测的转子径向位移Δx、Δy反馈给转子径向悬浮和切向旋转控制环节即可实现转子悬浮于定子中心的控制。本发明在不增加电机及控制器制造成本基础上,利用电机本身绕组电压高频分量观测出转子径向位移。
