Abstract:

本发明涉及了一种全钒液流电池用阴离子交换膜及其制备方法。本发明首先通过乌尔曼偶联反应以2, 2‑双(4‑羟基‑3, 5‑二甲基苯基)丙烷为原料合成了含有八个苯甲基的双酚单体II,然后通过该单体与不同比例的双酚A和4, 4’‑二氟二苯甲酮进行缩聚反应,再依次以N‑溴代丁二酰亚胺和三甲胺进行溴化和季铵化在苯甲基处引入季铵盐基团,制得季铵盐型聚芳醚化合物,再通过溶液浇铸制得全钒液流电池用阴离子交换膜。该阴离子交换膜具有较低的吸水率,极低的钒离子透过率,较高的离子选择性,所组装的全钒液流电池具有较高的库伦效率和能量效率。
