本发明涉及一种可消除OCT共轭镜像的定相差双路谱域OCT装置，包括超辐射发光二极管、准直器、聚焦物镜、第一分束镜、第二分束镜、第三分束镜、第四分束镜、第一反射镜、样品、第一光谱仪、第二光谱仪；本发明干涉信号的相位差稳定，且在成像深度增加一倍同时不降低系统成像速度。
