Abstract:

本发明公开了一种超薄纳米片自组装的多层次BiOCl微球及其在光催化偶联苄胺到亚胺的应用,属于光催化材料的制备和技术领域。超薄纳米片自组装的多层次BiOCl微球是以Bi(NO3)3﹒5H2O和KCl为原料,以乙二醇为介质,在PVPK30表面活性剂辅助下通过溶剂热方法制备而成。此纳米微球的直径为1.3‑1.6μm,组成该微球的超薄氯氧铋纳米片平均厚度为3.8 nm。该氯氧铋纳米微球在光催化偶联苄胺到相应的亚胺具有较高的活性,解决了传统氯氧铋材料在制备亚胺时反应时间久,转化率低等问题。本发明工艺简单,制备周期短,环保绿色,转化率高,稳定性高,可重复使用,符合实际生产需要,具有较大的应用潜力。
