Through the brief introduction of the existing series of percussion music courses and the preliminary conception of the courses to be offered, this paper expounds the important auxiliary role of each major in the music college in the basic training of rhythm and percussion music. In view of the current situation of national percussion music teaching and the demand of music culture market, this paper puts forward that Chinese and Western Percussion Music should be constructed as a large professional system under the premise of training compound professional talents. At the same time, this paper puts forward the view that this is not a complete denial of the past subject teaching and specialty setting, but a view of focusing on each major. The experimental results show that the results obtained in this paper have a certain reference value for the development of design of college students' percussion activities based on environmental protection education.
