Abstract:

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the continuous development of high-tech, the current steel manufacturing industry based on artificial cannot meet the needs of society. In response to the call of the national intelligent factory policy, this system carries out PLC automatic control on the transfer vehicles, which were originally artificially controlled, in the steelmaking plant, and designs the human-machine interface to visually obtain the information of the transfer vehicles and conveniently control the vehicle operation. The design of the system can effectively improve the operation efficiency of the transfer vehicle in the steelmaking plant, improve the scalability and maintainability of the system, and has a good application effect. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
