Abstract:
The excavation disturbance of the shield tunnel under the pile-plank structure in the shallow buried construction condition was studied. Relying on the excavation project of the subway shield tunnel in the coastal soft soil stratum area, the deformation law of the near-field and far-field structural components in two disturbance stages of excavation and grouting was analyzed by in-situ test and numerical dynamic simulation methods, and the disturbance mechanism was clarified. Results show that during the shield excavation stage, the radial squeezing on the surrounding soil from the jacking force causes the lateral bending of the piles and the lifting of the roof, and when the cutter head drives past the target pile by 1.00D (D is excavation diameter), the bending of the near-field pile reaches the maximum. In the grouting stage, the roof and the near-field pile rebound with the soil deformation before the grouting layer hardens, and tend to be stabilized after the cutter head passes over the target cross section by about 3.00D. Meanwhile, a settlement groove appears on the roof. The far-field pile 1.00D away from the excavation space is successively squeezed by the radial extrusion from the jacking force and the lateral pushing effect by the rebound settlement of the tunnel upper stratum, and thus the bending deformation gradually increases, without showing the rebound deformation. © 2021 Editorial Board of Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
