Abstract:
在渗滤液MBR+NF浓缩液提取腐植酸两级UF+NF工艺中,采用硫酸钙结晶沉淀法去除硫酸根,考察了氯化钙投加量、p H对去除效果的影响,并探讨了结晶过程动力学。结果表明,从去除效果和经济方面综合考虑,无论是NF截留液还是二级UF透过液,在结晶沉淀后,上清液中残留硫酸根浓度为12 000 mg/L时所需氯化钙投加量为最佳投加量,且NF截留液中硫酸根的去除效果略好于二级UF透过液;在最佳投加量下,硫酸根去除效果最好的pH为3,NF截留液和二级UF透过液中硫酸根的去除率可达到52.8%和52.6%。
