Abstract:

加入不同掺量(0~0.6%)的6 mm聚丙烯纤维(PP纤维),对碱矿渣泡沫混凝土砌块(AFC)进行改性,通过抗压强度、干密度、吸水率、干燥收缩、裂纹长度率和孔结构研究改性的效果.研究结果表明:随着PP纤维掺量的增加,孔径大小分布和孔圆度值都得到改善,但由于孔隙率的增加为主导因素,AFC的抗压强度和干、湿密度下降;相较于未掺PP纤维的AFC,掺入PP纤维的AFC的内部连通孔和贯穿孔的数量增多,其吸水率增大;PP纤维在AFC形成内部支撑且限制裂纹的发展,AFC干燥收缩下降,其裂纹长度率也大幅度降低.
