Abstract:
采用微胶囊包裹技术制备聚磷酸铵(APP)基杂化物,并将其与二氧化硅(SiO_2)复配引入聚乳酸(PLA)中制备PLA复合材料,研究了该PLA复合材料的阻燃性能。结果表明:引入16.6%聚磷酸铵基杂化物(APP@SiO_2@MF)和3.4%SiO_2后,PLA复合材料的热稳定性明显提升,且PLA复合材料的UL-94达到了V-0等级;与纯PLA相比,PLA复合材料的热释放速率峰值和总热释放量分别显著降低60.2%和66.1%,其阻燃性能明显提升;PLA复合材料的CO_2释放速率峰值和总二氧化碳释放量较纯PLA分别降低51.8%和48.9%;PLA复合材料火灾安全性能的明显提升主要得益于APP@Si...
