Under　the　normalization　of　epidemic　prevention　and　control,　it　has　been　a　public　concern　to　improve　the　achievements　of　the　Poverty　Alleviation　Policy.　In　particular,　efforts　in　educational　institutions　have　become　the　key　path　to　achieve　the　targeted　poverty　alleviation,　whose　mission　is　to　build　a　funding　system　to　support　graduated　student　employment.　Based　on　previous　research　results,　this　paper　introduces　a　new　system　of　development　funding　evaluation.　In　an　anonymous　A　University,　the　new　system　has　been　utilized　to　integrate　the　balanced　scorecard　and　the　key　performance　indicator　method　to　carry　out　validation　analyses.　Furthermore,　it　also　summarizes　the　countermeasures　and　leads　to　suggestions　which　has　been　proved　significantly　improving　the　funding　system　performance　by　statistical　analyses.　©　2021　ACM.
