Abstract:

本发明公开了一种具有被动日间辐射冷却功能和特殊浸润性功能织物表面的构筑方法,采用浸渍法将钛酸钾晶须和聚二甲基硅氧烷与织物表面的微纳结构相结合,解决了制备超疏水自清洁抗反射表面的操作工艺复杂、制备成本昂贵等缺点。该方法具有工艺简单易操作、反应条件可控、原材料来源广泛,成本低易降解,较高的近红外反射率,优良的防红外性能,较好的耐水洗性能,持久稳定的超疏水自清洁性能,且处理后的织物手感没有明显降低。
