Abstract:

本发明涉及生物医学检测中近红外二区活体成像领域,具体涉及一种基于X射线激发的近红外二区发光长余辉纳米探针、制备方法及其在活体成像分析上的应用。首先基于X射线激发的近红外二区发光的镧系长余辉荧光探针NaLu0.8F4 : Gd0.2‑x/LnX@NaReF4的合成;然后用X射线激发该纳米颗粒发射近红外二区荧光,通过改变稀土离子掺杂元素的种类及含量和调整壳层包覆类型,可获得900‑1600 nm发射可调的近红外二区荧光及长余辉发光;该镧系长余辉纳米颗粒可作为一种具有较高组织穿透深度的生物相容性探针用于小鼠活体组织成像分析,该分析技术具有高灵敏、高分辨、高信噪比的优点。
