采用高温固相法制备了系列新型荧光粉掺钐的硼磷酸镉(Cd_(3-x)BPO_7∶Sm~(3+)_x,x=0.001~0.03),借助扫描电镜、X射线粉末衍射仪和荧光光谱仪对样品的形貌、晶体结构、发光性能等进行表征,并利用Rietveld方法对其结构进行精修。结果表明,样品Cd_(2.99)BPO_7∶Sm_(0.01)~(3+)晶粒尺寸为l00μm左右,各元素分布均匀,其Rietveld结构精修图与实测XRD谱图完全吻合,具有正交晶系结构。当Sm~(3+)掺杂浓度达到1%(摩尔分数)时,发光效果最好。随后,随着Sm~(3+)浓度的继续增大,发光强度减弱,这可能是因为发生了浓度猝灭现象,是由于电偶...
