Abstract:
针对多膛炉焙烧氧化锌烟尘氟氯脱除率低的问题,开展氧化锌烟尘焙烧过程热力学分析,基于热力学分析结果进行试验验证.研究结果表明:在烟气流量400 mL/min,烟气成分为SO20.32%、O27.61%、H2O 9.61%、N282.46%(烟气成分为模拟回转窑烟气),焙烧温度700℃,焙烧时间210 min的较优条件下,氟氯的脱除率分别为98.06%、91.56%.
