Abstract:

采用数值模拟方法能较准确地预测焊后残余应力,且周期短、较经济.采用MSC.Marc有限元软件对低碳钢平板对接接头残余应力分布进行规律性研究和预测,模拟研究构件尺寸变化对焊接接头残余应力分布规律的影响.结果 表明:纵向应力在焊缝及附近区域表现为拉应力,在焊缝两侧的母材处表现压应力;横向应力在焊缝的始端和末端处表现为压应力,在焊缝中段处表现为拉应力.应力分布情况与构件尺寸大小有关,选择合适的尺寸有利于构件整体应力分布趋于均匀化,可有效地减小接头局部应力集中,提高接头质量和承载能力.
