Abstract:

Ultra-high pixel is the trends of flat panel display, while conventional row and column driving circuit would cause high fabrication cost and low effective luminous area. In this letter, neuromorphic device is applied to the flat panel display driving circuit for the first time. A neuron based display driving circuit is developed, which reduces 3/4 area of row circuit, for instance, 1024 scan lines are able to replace 4096 scan lines in a 4 K flat panel display screen. © 2022 IEEE.
