Abstract:

It is demonstrated that the incorporation of K+ into CsPb(Br,I)3 perovskite quantum dot glass leads to the simultaneous increases of quantum efficiency and phase stability. The latent mechanism is analyzed via the microstructural and spectroscopic studies. The constructed prototype whitelight- emitting diode device yields an ultra-wide color gamut attaining 96% Rec. 2020 standard. © 2022 Optica Publishing Group.
